ClimateIQ Support

ClimateIQ compares local rainfall, temperature, and wind history across public weather sources and optional personal station data.

Getting Started

Start with this iPhone's location or enter a ZIP code. ClimateIQ will select nearby public weather stations and show available climate history. Optional NOAA and Ambient Weather credentials can be added from the app when you want those sources included.

Account Sync

Sign-in is optional. Use Google or Apple sign-in if you want settings to sync across web and iPhone, or continue locally if you only want setup on this device.

Buying ClimateIQ

The iPhone app is a one-time $2.99 App Store purchase with every feature included. The Android app is free to download; a single $2.99 in-app purchase unlocks multiple saved places and the complete 30-year On This Day history. The website offers the same optional one-time unlock for your ClimateIQ account. New purchases have no recurring charges.

Purchase Ownership And Refunds

An iPhone purchase belongs to the Apple Account that bought the app. An Android purchase belongs to the Google Play account that bought it and the ClimateIQ account used to verify it; after reinstalling, sign in to both accounts and use Restore Purchase. A website purchase belongs to the signed-in ClimateIQ account used at checkout. Apple and Google handle refund requests under their storefront policies. Delete Your ClimateIQ Account

In ClimateIQ, sign in, open Settings, scroll to Account, choose Delete account, and then choose Confirm delete. This permanently removes your ClimateIQ profile, sign-in identity link, synced settings and saved places, alert registrations and preferences, and ClimateIQ access-entitlement record. Data stored only on your device can be removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app. Google Play, Apple, and Stripe may retain their own transaction records under their policies; ClimateIQ cannot delete those provider records. If you cannot access the in-app control, email johndhelmuth@gmail.com from the address associated with your ClimateIQ account and request account deletion.
